Opened our offices in the US in Fairfax Virginia in 1991. Delivered numerous projects throughout Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Projects included Hechinger, Walmart, Waldorf Post Office, a High School, Malls, office buildings, and large upscale gated housing land development.
Established as a PMC and Engineering Consultancy in Dubai in 2022 and KSA in 2024, and Amman in 2025. Worked and teamed up with top ranked international consultancy firms to deliver few of the greatest and strategic projects in the gulf and Saudi Arabia. Delivered work including PMC services, master planning, and infrastructure design works on numerous projects in multiple locations in Saudi.

Successfully led design and construction phases for projects exceeding $300 million, demonstrating strong leadership, client management, and delivery capabilities in complex and challenging environments.
Khalil Amrikani is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and has a career long experience in leading and managing multiple and large projects and programs. He has exceptional skills in forming, leading, and mentoring multi-discipline teams for major infrastructure, mixed-use, and transportation programs estimated in the billions of US dollars in constructed value for major governmental clients in the US and the Gulf Region. His programs included planning, design, construction, operation & maintenance, PMO, PMC, PMCM, and Organizational re-structuring, and advising stakeholders and decision makers on the best options on key or critical issues, based on creative thinking and proper value management practices.
