Founded in Kuwait in 1976, our family group began with its construction arm, 2S, specializing in infrastructure and building works under the leadership of founding member Engineer Khalid Sadiq.
By 1981, the group had grown to over 3,000 employees, and KPM was established under the leadership of Engineer Mazin Sadiq, becoming one of Kuwait’s leading PMC firms.

Opened offices in Fairfax, Virginia, USA in 1991, delivering projects across Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
Projects included retail developments for Hechinger and Walmart, institutional facilities such as the Waldorf Post Office and schools, commercial office buildings, shopping malls, and large-scale gated residential developments.

President & Managing Partner
Hazim Alsadek has over 30 years of professional consultancy experience and has held senior management and leadership roles with major international and U.S. consultancy firms. He has successfully managed and delivered large-scale projects across multiple market sectors in both the United States and international markets.
Senior Projects Director
Wail Sadiq has over 20 years of international project delivery experience across building and infrastructure projects throughout the region, including extensive military-related experience. He has successfully led the design and construction phases of projects exceeding $300 million, demonstrating strong leadership, client management, and delivery capabilities in complex and challenging environments.
Senior Program Director
Khalil Amrikani is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with extensive experience leading and managing large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use, and transportation programs across the United States and Gulf Region. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on major government projects valued in the billions of U.S. dollars.
His expertise includes planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance, PMO, PMC, PMCM, organizational restructuring, and advising stakeholders and decision-makers on critical project matters through strategic thinking and value management practices.
