Lusail City
In 2006, our President led the award and delivery of program management consultancy services that transformed 36 square kilometers into a premier urban destination. Lusail featured advanced infrastructure, luxury residential communities, and vibrant commercial and leisure zones, planned to accommodate over 450,000 residents. The development included marinas, residential neighborhoods, resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping, and various entertainment districts. Lusail Stadium was one of the venues for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and hosted the final match. Additionally, Lusail is home to a Formula One race track, where the inaugural Qatar Grand Prix took place in 2021.
MASAR (KAAR) Project
In 2013, our President also successfully led the award and delivery of comprehensive Project Management, Construction Management, and Design Review services for the infrastructure of the iconic King Abdul Aziz Development (KAAR), now renamed MASAR. The project spans 1.29 million square meters and includes an 80-meter-wide central boulevard, 4 kilometers of roads and highways, bridges, underground parking, and complete utility networks. The infrastructure works were valued at over SAR 7.5 billion.
US Army Corps Farah Project
The design and project management of the SAR 255 million ANA Garrison in Farah, Afghanistan, demonstrated rapid mobilization, phased design approvals, and adaptive logistics under extreme security conditions. Despite security challenges, attacks, and material delays, our project management team maintained momentum from concept to construction—delivering critical infrastructure to support 2,000 personnel with resilience and precision.

Jeddah North Obhur
With SYSTRA, delivered Fesibility Study and Concept Design of 49 KM free flow corridor connecting centeral Jeddah to North Obhur including a 350 m Iconic Bridge with complex structural design and unique hejazi architecture features. Scope included Fesibility Study including PPP option for procurement and delivery.

Developed Concept Master Plan and RFP requirements for 44m m² Industrial & Military Area Master Planning in KSA site. Scope included design management with adherence to US Safety Codes, and stakeholders and end-users management. Resulting work saved millions of m² of land through optimized safety standards.
